Products & Availability

Our books and goods are produced in small batches, and availability is limited. We reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time. While we aim for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, pricing, or availability information is always error-free.

Orders & Payment

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal). By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. We ship via major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and provide tracking whenever possible. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or delays beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our books, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
